www.cgglobal.comAs part of CG's ambitious globalization strategy CG is now, in collaboration with Mercuri Urval, looking to recruit a Country Sales Manager Nordic to establish the sales business unit CG Power Systems in the Nordic countries including Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
CG Power Systems business includes Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Vacuum Interrupters, Network Protection & Control Gear, as well as Design, Execution and Servicing of Turnkey T&D as well as Sub-Station Projects and Solutions including complete end to end Renewable projects. CG are among the top 10 transformer manufacturers in the world, and one of the very few companies worldwide that designs and manufactures such a wide range of power and distribution transformers and reactors. CG Power Systems is the largest business unit within CG, representing a high value, high turnover business. Its facilities are located globally in different parts of Belgium, Canada, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, France, UK and USA.
The successful candidate will in accordance to CG's strategy build a platform for market expansion on the Nordic markets. The Country Sales Manager Nordic will manage a key position at CG Power Systems, reporting directly to Belgium to the Sales Manager for Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia & Africa. You will meet and connect with key decision makers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland to establish CG as a quality supplier in the Nordics. A proactive, sales driven approach is essential, as you are expected to identify and keep track of new upcoming business opportunities. Organizing and leading project teams consisting of various support groups to respond effectively to unique business opportunities is also a central part of the job.
We are looking for a qualified candidate with relevant technical experience, industrial knowhow and a proven track record from a sales position. Experience from long term technical sales cycles is of value. We believe you have an educational background from university or similar, with a degree from an engineering discipline, preferably electrical. A solid technical aptitude, ideally related to power and distribution transformers and reactors, is highly regarded as well as exposure to tendering and project management. We expect excellent languages skills; English and at least one of the Nordic languages, preferably Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
The Country Sales Manager Nordic for CG Power Systems will be based in Helsingborg working in close collaboration with the VP Sales Manager for CG Drives and Automation.
