hela Sverige As Country Sales Manager for Life Care Solutions, you will have a unique opportunity to represent a leading global company in the domestic market. You will lead your team to success in co-operation with other GE Healthcare teams in Sweden, and with the strong support of Nordic and European teams. You will report to General Manager of Life Care Solutions in the Nordics.

Essential Responsibilities:
As Country Sales Manager for Life Care Solutions, you will be leading an engaged team of eight account managers and applications specialists in Sweden, in the field of patient monitoring, anesthesia ventilation, maternal-infant care and diagnostic cardiology, among others. You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the equipment sales market, and select, train and develop personnel to optimize effectiveness.
You will also be a member of the Nordics & Benelux Life Care Solutions Leadership team
Your responsibilities include, among others
attaining sales objectives and managing the activities of first-line sales force of the business
deploying resources to meet financial objectives including orders, revenue, margin and base cost control
cultivating and leveraging long term customer relationships at the executive level
identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that satisfy customer needs
ensuring seamless collaboration with other GE Healthcare teams and businesses to provide total customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Healthcare technology, Business or related field or equivalent knowledge or experience
Demonstrated ability in people leadership in a commercial organization
Demonstrated track record in sales management
Extensive experience of consultative sales, including strategic selling and negotiation in healthcare technology or related field
Extensive experience in interfacing with internal stakeholders and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process
Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
Strong and proven influencing skills
Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English
EU work permit
Desired Characteristics:
Prior experience in working for a large company in matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
