www.omron.comIn collaboration with Mercuri Urval, Omron is looking to recruit a Country Sales Manager for the business area Sensing, Safety & Components (SSC). The successful candidate will lead, develop and coach the Swedish organization, which consists of Field Sales Engineers and Field Application Engineers. The products are primarily sold to panel builders, machine builders, industrial end-users and distributors.
Based in Malmö alternatively Stockholm, reporting to the SSC Nordic Sales Manager you are responsible for overall sales and sales profitability development within this division. In co-operation with the Nordic Sales Manager you will prepare the sales strategy for Sweden, and it is your job to implement the strategy. You will also be responsible for marketing activities supporting the sales. A major part of your job will be in the market working closely together with customers and your sales team. You will make sure that SSC has a top-motivated and high-performing sales team in Sweden. As Country Sales Manager you form part of the Nordic management team and meet regularly with your colleagues from the other Nordic countries to share ideas.
We are looking for a qualified candidate with relevant technical experience, industrial knowhow and a proven track record from a Sales Management position. You need to be a hands-on operational Sales Manager, knowing how to build sales team. Moreover, you are familiar with Management by Objectives or similar systems. You do not need to have previous knowledge of Omron's products specifically - but you need experience of selling to panel builders, machine builders and industrial end-users. We expect fluency in Swedish as well as excellent English skills.
