Right now, we are seeking qualified candidates to fill the position: Country Portfolio Lead Biosimilars.
Job Focus
Responsible for setting strategies and tactics for prioritised products with focus on biosimilars to meet objectives including targets for sales and costs. To lead the planning, execution and follow up on customer activities in a cross functional collaboration.
The role also includes a responsibility as champion for Biosimilars in the regional cluster (NICE cluster).
Maximise portfolio profitability, by capturing sales opportunities with patient needs, the Pfizer mission and purpose and the GEP cultural traits taken into consideration. This based on an understanding of the local market conditions and drivers.
Responsibilities
• Identify and secure key business opportunities for portfolio products.
• Responsible for marketing and sales of prioritized biosimilars and other defined portfolio products.
• Responsible for setting clear and effective strategies, tactics and messages for prioritised products in order to achieve set targets, financial and other.
• Responsible as marketing champion for Biosimilars in the regional cluster (NICE cluster).
• Responsible for gaining key patients and customers insights to build effective strategies and tactics to all stakeholders (e.g. HCP, payers, expert groups, DFCs and patients).
• Responsible for development and execution of the marketing mix for prioritised products- including plans for MCC-strategy, segmentation and targeting.
• Responsible for driving increased usage of digital initiatives when applicable to optimise the usage of resources and increase sales.
• To plan, execute and follow up effective customer activities in collaboration with KAMs and other colleagues to maximise profitability and achieve goal.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Tender Manager, Medical & other functions to drive commercial opportunities for priority products.
• Create belief and motivation for the products among all functions.
• Securing effective tender strategies. Collaborate with tender manager, pricing, logistics and KAMs to execute and achieve set targets and optimise tender opportunities.
• Responsible for providing finance and logistics with marketing input to achieve accurate forecasting and securing the right level of stock.
• Responsible for sales, profitability and cost targets for portfolio products including performance monitoring.
• Specific customer responsibilities as agreed.
Experience
• Experienced in marketing and sales, with proven analytical skills.
• Knowledgeable in strategic and tactical planning and execution.
• Business oriented with drive to achieve targets and objectives.
• Fast learner, adapt quickly to changes and show innovative capability.
• Good understanding of national healthcare system and key influencing points.
• LIF-authorisation ("auktoriserad läkemedelsinformatör").
