On behalf of our client EF Education, Ryska Posten Bemanning is now looking for a Country Manager to their office in Helsinki, Finland. This is a full-time role and the sooner you can start, the better. ABOUT THE SERVICE

As Country Manager, you are responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Operations of your program across the Finnish market. As the leader of the sales team, your top priority will be to drive sales and grow market share through telemarketing and personal consultations. In addition, you will lead recruiting, coaching and development of your team.

This recruitment process is handled by the Ryska Posten Bemanning and our customer's wishes are that all calls and mail about the service goes to us.

YOUR TASKS WILL CONSIST OF, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

Sales

• Drive sales of EF education programs through telesales and face-to-face interactions with potential customers

• Sales management including target setting, daily pipeline follow-up, support for closing sales within your team

• Recruitment, training, sales coaching, performance management

• Overall responsibility for coordinating day-to-day sales activities

• Participate in off-site sales events and presentations

Strategy

• Analysis of your sales situation, the current market, and EF competitors - always be 5 steps ahead

• Develop, execute & evaluate sales and marketing strategies

• Exploration of partnership options and cooperation with other companies and education institutions

• Attract, develop and retain exceptional employees

Operations

• Responsibility for building up new and maintain existing customer relationships

• Responsibility for the control and monitoring budgets

• Cooperation with our production units across the World

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in leading sales team

• A Bachelor degree qualification, preferably in marketing, business administration or a related discipline

• Native Finnish speaking, fluent English in in both written and spoken

• Overseas experience from studying abroad in a foreign country

• Knowledge of Swedish or other languages is a big plus
