The business, which is co-owned by Ford Motor Company and Credit Agricole S.A., aims to actively promote the sales and marketing of motor vehicles, spare parts and other automotive products by offering financing and administrative services. We support global brands - Ford Credit and Mazda Credit.
We are looking for a sales oriented Country Manager for the Swedish branch operation, co-located with our Head Office in Gothenburg. You are responsible for driving sales and strengthening our position on the Swedish market. You have the ultimate responsibility to lead and develop the Swedish organization of about 20 employees.
Besides developing our existing customer relationships within the automotive business, we also expect you to develop the client structure and to identify and incorporate new customers. You are in many contexts the companys public face, which means many internal and external contacts.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in cars and who understands the importance of long-term business relationships at a strategic level, and have already demonstrated the ability to establish such. You have proven excellent sales results with prior experience in the services operations or in the finance functions and have probably previously worked in the finance industry or automotive sector and have at least five years managerial experience.
This position offers you a challenging and rewarding role in an international company with very strong brands. As a Country Manager you report to the CEO of Forso Nordic.
