About Back App:

The Back App chair is a Norwegian produced chair. Back App's mission is to develop, manufacture and sell chairs and other products that exercise the stabilizing muscles of your back and body, in order to improve health and wellbeing of people working in offices.

We work within Ergonomic products for the office. The market for health is increasing, and because "sitting is the new smoking" the need for Back App products are increasing in the years to come.

Back App already has a full setup with dealers all over Sweden, who are working B2B. The business in Sweden today is stable and healthy, and we are now looking for a Country Manager, who can lift the company to a higher level.

About the job:

Your main tasks will be to strengthen and grow the market position in the Swedish market, and to manage, motivate and inspire the dealers in Sweden. Your focus will be on expanding and maintaining the cooperation with current dealers.

As the Country Manager in Sweden, you report directly to the Country Manager in Denmark.

Candidate profile:
• You have a strong commercial thinking and hands-on attitude.
• You like to work with dealers and have excellent negotiation skills.
• You have at least 2-4 years of experience in working with dealers.
• You thrive on setting ambitious goals - and achieve them.
• You are self-motivated and like to plan you own day
• You are the kind of person who brings fresh and constructive ideas from intensive discussions to life . and you get them done.

It is expected that you live near Gothenburg, Stockholm or Malmö, and you will work from home.

Your responsibilities:
• Full sales, marketing and budget management with focus on sales development in close cooperation with the Danish Country Manager. You will have the overall responsibility for Back App's sales process, business development and way of working in the Swedish market
• Active personal involvement in sales including tasks such as contract negotiations with current and new dealers, product training of the dealers salesforce, end customer processing and trying out new market strategies, all in close cooperation with the Danish mother company.
