Let's deal now looking for a Country Manager to lead our expansion in Finland. We offer the opportunity to develop in an innovative and energetic environment with dedicated employees. ABOUT THE ROLE
You will lead and be responsible for developing the company's operations in Finland with a focus on our local sales. This means building up our local sales team, being responsible for the budget and our goals. You lead and coach the sales team and develop each Account Manager to reach their full potential. You identify and develop business relationships within different segments, analyze target groups and potential business partnerships. You develop the business area, working methods and processes. You report to the Sales Director at Let's deal in Sweden. Your workplace is Schibsted's offices in central Helsinki, shared with Tori.fi etc.

ABOUT YOU
You have several years of experience in B2B sales as sales manager or sales director and are an experienced negotiator. You have also several years of experience in managing people and are recognized as a strong leader, where you have shown good results both in sales and in relationships. You speak and write English and Finnish fluently. You have good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. It's qualifying if you speak Swedish and have an existing network in the business of events, beauty, restaurants and cafes.
