Filippa K is now offering you the opportunity to get a challenging and exciting position in one of Scandinavia's most successful fashion companies. For recruitment we are seeking a commercially strong and ambitious Country Manager with mature leadership capabilities and an entrepreneurial spirit. Your main task will be to develop the Swedish market for Filippa K and to ensure the company's values - style, simplicity and quality.

Publiceringsdatum2011-09-29Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be responsible for securing Filippa K's position locally, and making sure that it is in line with the overall brand strategy, has a long-term and immediate commercial success and has alignments with company policies and guidelines. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading and developing the local organisation, preparing company budgets and ensuring maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values.
Your main duties include:
• Creating and executing a country strategy
• securing the expansion of Filippa K in Sweden
• business planning, including implementation and follow up
• identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• leadership and management of store managers and wholesale teams
• securing coordination with central Filippa K functions.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for Sweden's retail and sales organisation, the local marketing budget and the central organisation for support, direction and matrix leadership. You will be a part of the managing team and initially you will report to the CEO.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this position, it is a requirement that you have a university degree or similar and at least five years of proven management experience. Also, you have proven commercial success and have worked within retail and / or wholesale. You have good knowledge of personnel issues and law, and it is an advantage if you have experience from the fashion industry. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.
As a leader you are self-motivated, mature and result and customer oriented. Your values are in line with Filippa K's style, simplicity and quality. You have excellent communications and social skills and a genuine interest in helping others to develop others. It is an advantage if you have local market knowledge.
