You will be responsible for driving iLOQ's profitable growth in the Swedish market by executing active B2B sales and marketing, and managing and leading a talented sales team of 4 persons from the front line.

Your main responsibility is reaching the set sales targets. You will also have business management responsibilities including budgeting, reporting, distribution channel development and personnel development.

You will be located in Stockholm or Gothenburg.

You have a proven track record and a minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales. You are a passionate sales management professional with preferably experience in the locking, security or facility management industry. Experience from the Danish and Norwegian markets is seen as an asset.

You are fluent in Swedish and English.
