• Market and customer analysis
• Long-term and short-term sales planning and reporting
• Customer selection; winning, retaining and development
• Hiring, coaching and leading the team
• Participating in strategy development
Your skills and Experiences
• Higher technical education or MBA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or purchasing within IT with consistently very good results achieved. Experience in solution selling or in IT purchasing is a big advantage.
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively
• Ability to coach and lead team
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
