About the job
In this position, you implement the Seco HR strategy across our organization throughout Sweden in order to attract, handle, develop and retain employees. You lead, coordinate and develop a team of HR Professionals and different sites to ensure that business is well supported, strategy is implemented effectively, as well as compliance with regulations, laws and standards. You secure company health care, a well-being working environment, and work in close collaboration with different schools and trainee programs to ensure effective training initiatives. Along with all this, you're accountable for different areas such as:
All coordination of communication and information regarding HR topics to the managers and different stakeholders in Sweden
Coordination of the country salary review process and implementation of new salary models
Complex initiatives and projects which include Industrial Relations and reorganizations
Work environment tasks according to local legislation and instructions, and in turn ensure that regulations are adequately met
Dialogue within Group to set Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the central function of HR Services
HR Country Budgeting and follow-up
You work in close collaboration with Global HRBPs, being also a member of the Global HR Management Team and report directly to the Vice President of HR. You're also the Seco representative in the Country HR Council. This position is based (or at least have a frequent physical presence) at our headquarters facility in Fagersta, Sweden.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a relevant university degree and equivalent experience within the field. You have extensive work experience from leading positions in HR, with a proven track record of capable leadership qualities. You have previous involvement in HR Policy and Execution, HR Legal and Regulatory Environment, along with Compensation & Benefits and Supplier Management. All of this is accompanied by a deeper knowledge of Industrial Relations, employee relations and Union collaborations as well as previous experience of leading change initiatives and implementations of different HR processes. As we're a global organization, both verbal and written fluency in English is required, however, knowing Swedish is also a must.
You're structured in your work and an efficient communicator with prevalent relationship-building skills, together with a comfortable and warm approach to giving feedback. You're a true leader who's used to working in a highly matrixed organization.
