PEOPLEXPERT are recruiting a Country Business Manager for Sweden on behalf of one of their prestigious partners.
You will work in a large engineering consultancy company (700+ employees, a turnover of Euro 48M) which is involved in a wide range of industries: automotive, aeronautics, space, defense, railway, but also nuclear, oil & gas, chemicals, electronics and telecommunications. The company offers services in projects, technical support or outsourcing, yielding excellent results. The company now wants to create a subsidiary in Sweden and therefore seeks its future Country Manager.
The Country Manager, who should have a profile with great experience of profit responsibility, should be able to develop the business: identifying potential clients, recruiting employees, involving them in projects and manage their careers. The short-term goal is to enter into the capital of the entity created. It is therefore clearly a challenge but also a real opportunity to become both a director and shareholder of a very profitable subsidiary company.
Essential requirements:
A Master Degree in Engingeering or Business with a minimum of 2 years documented technical or commercial experience together with a strong motivation for this post.
Languages: A good level of Swedish and English or French
