SSI runs and operates 28 online consumer panels worldwide where consumers sign up as members in order to participate in online market research. In order to strengthen our support function for the Finnish panel, SSI is looking for:
Online Country and Language Specialist (Finnish)
We are looking for a young professional who is a Finnish native speaker, interested in a job that offers flexible hours and working conditions.
Key duties and responsibilities:
o Regularly monitor our local websites
o Answer incoming inquiries from our Finnish respondents.
o Advise on Finnish customs and society
o Maintain regular communication with the staff in the office (Rotterdam and Stockholm)
o Additional tasks can be assigned on a project basis.
This position requires a dedicated, flexible, well organized and responsible person who will be able to work independently in a remote way, while regularly reporting to an appointed person. On average around 10 hours per week is expected.
Our ideal candidate should have the following skills:
• Excellent written and oral skills in Finnish and English
• Deep interest in online communities and online communication
• Knowledge of web marketing techniques
• Must be able to work alone
