Here, you'll really get to know our customers, sell a wide range of high quality leading products and provide the very best service around. We love people from different backgrounds, but are looking for people with enthusiasm, sales ability along with delivering great customer service.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Being responsible for all customer activities at the sales counter where you will be dealing with customer orders, provide pricing and product information and take ownership to resolve warranties and queries, in an efficient and timely manner.
• Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop great relationships with new and existing trade customers.
• To be aware of the need for stock control and stock rotation and to highlight any issues to your line manager.
• To develop reasonable product knowledge and to ensure that this is developed on an ongoing basis in line with new product launches.
UtbildningsbakgrundGymnasiet
The ideal candidate:
• Is professional, motivated and have experience in a sales and customer service environment.
• Will have a strong attention to detail, enjoy working under pressure.
• Fluent in Swedish and good in English
• Is confident and enthusiastic with the ability to build strong relations with customers
• Is able to listen and interpret customer requirements and able to offer solutions
• Is committed to providing a great customer service, whilst maximizing sales opportunities
• A positive 'can do' attitude / approach, service oriented
• Used to working to and being judged against targets
• Ability to learn/gain knowledge of the company's key product lines in a timely fashion
• Clear understanding of profit and margins
Erfarenheter:
• Experience in a sales and customer service or similar type role
• IT literate knowledge - excel, word, outlook, SAP (Navision)
Språkkunskaper: Svenska, Engelska
PC/Mac program: excel, word, outlook, SAP (Navision)
