About the position
Perido is now looking for a Cost Strategy Specialist to our client, one of the world's largest companies in the Management and IT consulting business. This is an attractive workplace, and their philosophy is that people matter and results count. The position is placed either in Stockholm, Malmö, or Copenhagen (what suits you best) and will require travelling.
Your daily tasks
Here you'll play an important role in the Cost Management team in their mission for cost efficiency. In close collaboration with your team and other departments within the organization as well as senior stakeholders you will find the right keys for lowering the costs. The following will be your everyday responsibilities:
Drive strategic analysis and identify opportunities to optimize Scandinavian cost base
Drive bench marking studies, identify synergies and improve budget process to optimize cost
Address cost challenges from Scandinavian leadership and senior stakeholders
Provide support in the overall strategy processes and Quarterly Business Reviews on past and future cost performance
Prepare material for cost forums and ensure that initiatives are in place to close any deviation to targets
Report to the Head of Cost Managament and other departments
Your qualifications
We believe a suitable person for this assignment have several years of experience in the financial field. Furthermore, we see that you are analytical with a strategic mindset which will be a crucial ability for this position. You are great at structuring your work even you work with several tasks simultaneously. When needed to prioritize due to short deadlines you also make sure that no tasks are left undone or unsatisfied in the end. You enjoy building relationships and communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources. Lastly, it's very important for you to contribute to the work place with great catching energy!

Requirements
Master of Business Administration, Economics or similar
4+ years of experience in relevant field (Finance/Controller is preferred)
Expert at financial analysis and skilled at making recommendations as financial advisor
Expert within strategic cost analysis and skilled at identifying activities to optimize cost
Very strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Great at presenting data in a clear, structured manner to senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Meritorious
Experience with Anaplan and Microsoft Dynamics AX
Contract type and hours
Fulltime. Consultant assignment. Start 2021-01-01 until 2021-12-31.
