We are looking for a Cost Controller for an assignement for a period of at least six months.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sundbyberg and you will work closely with Reporting manager/Chief accountant

Dina arbetsuppgifter
You will perform some accounting tasks connected to monthly closing and site activities not performed by the financial shared services teams.
You will be responsible for the monthly closing and subsequent data reporting in Teranga reporting tool, costs analysis, the budgeting process, all reporting activities and also to support the Site controllers in their monthly communication to management.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• monthly closing (including accounting bookings), reporting and budgeting for the Transport units in the Nordics and to ensure that it is on time and accurate
• Report cost center costs and follow up with cost center managers
• Provide support and analysis to the Site Controllers, Project Controllers and Region FD
• Perform other accounting tasks connected to monthly closing and site activities not performed by the financial shared services team such as headcount, cash, hedging, intragroup reporting, A/R- and A/P follow-up
• Perform other ad-hoc task

Vem är du?
You enjoy working with monthly closing, reporting and budgeting, cost control and analysis of P&L and some parts of BS, as well as with ad hoc analysis of KPIs.
To fit this role we think you have:

• University degree in Finance or accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Previous experience from working in a project based organization is an advantage
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Fluent English and at least basic understanding of Swedish . Any additional Nordic language is a plus
• Excellent MS Office skills - advanced user of Excel
• SAP skills are a plus
