• Periodic Check of the current notifications and highlight of the those ones that has a cost impact
• Elaboration of the ATA Budget: calculation of Cost according to the Notification requests
• Elaboration of a Monthly Report Analysis, which shows the monthly economic status of the Project: Production vs Cost
• Analysis of the variances between actual expenditures and budget and suggest the action to be taken in order to ensure that project costs are always reported back against the original approved budget
• Follow up and control of the Subcontractor, Suppliers and Consultants Contracts for the Extra Contractual Activities (ATA)
• Collaboration with different department at different level of organization (Technical Office, Procurement, and Finance) for different analysis required
• Cost Forecast of the ATA project, quantities update, meetings with construction managers to discuss/add any additional work
Different construction analysis required in addition to the report.
• Be responsible of Sub-project on the AGN ERP Software: check the cost allocation (cost centre) and if needed, in case of wrong allocation, follow the correction involving and collaborating with the respective AGN departments:
• Project Control (In case of SAL of IPC - Internal payment certificate)
• Finance (In case of miscellaneous costs)
• Procurement and Warehouse (in case of PO - Purchase Order)
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering education
• High volume Construction Project Cost and Claim Experience
• Fluent English
• MS Office & Autocad
• High Communication and multitask skills
Personality traits:
• Flexible and understanding of different cultures
