Business Solutions Marketing is a team within Axis’ Corporate Marketing department. Corporate Marketing is responsible for the global marketing strategy and planning, in accordance with the company’s overall goals and strategy. Business Solutions Marketing in turn is responsible for marketing of Axis various solutions to the right target groups, with the right channels, and ensuring we have the right marketing systems in place.
Marketing Systems is a team within Business Solutions Marketing. Marketing Systems have the responsibility for tools, systems and process for Axis global partner programs. The team owns the marketing automation roll-out and roadmap at Axis and drives the implementation globally.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The marketing automation specialist will play a vital role in Axis’ digital marketing journey as a specialist in Axis marketing automation system, Pardot. You will lead the execution of major projects and processes that support marketing automation and lead management.
The marketing automation specialist will cooperate with Axis sales and marketing teams around the world with marketing automation development and support. A vital part of the role is to educate - perform trainings, develop training material as well as defining and implementing clear processes and guidelines.
You will manage and execute lead generation initiatives and optimize marketing campaigns as well as support Axis marketing automation efforts to improve to end customer recruitment and nurturing initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
Implementation and ongoing operations of the Marketing Automation platform and related systems Assist in the lead management strategy and drive implementation. Create, deploy and manage nurturing and lead scoring programs to support the marketing organization Develop training material, document and maintain processes Serving as the marketing automation champion Monitor and report on metrics and marketing effectiveness Train and support marketing resources Staying up to date on the latest trends
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a driven and structured individual with digital marketing experience. Important qualifications are:
Digital marketing and marketing automation experience Lead management experience Good technical understanding and experience from CRM and IT systems Organized and structured approach Experience from developing training material, processes and guidelines Project management experience, cross functional projects/activities Strong analytical mindset and having worked with metrics Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
Furthermore we believe you are a team player that enjoys sharing the responsibility for creating a productive and stimulating work environment.
YOU HAVE:
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
