hela Sverige Corporate Finance is a function at the Volvo Group Headquarters. The department is focusing on issues relating to strategic financial risk, capital structure and management as well as responsibility for M&A projects. Corporate Finance is looking for a candidate for the position as Associate.
At Corporate Finance you will be part of a highly skilled team of professionals who work with passion and embrace change to stay ahead. You will be the expert in valuation matters, responsible for developing our toolbox in this field as well as working in actual financial projects and/or M&A situations, together the rest of the Corporate Finance team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop the capabilities of Corporate Finance in the field of measure value and manage valuations
• Participate in financial projects, M&A projects and similar activities
• Prepare decision material within financial risk management.

Competencies and Profile:
• Experience of corporate valuation
• Minimum 2 years of working experience from an Investment Bank, M&A advisor or similar
• Structured and analytical
• Business-minded and customer oriented
Technical/Functional/Language skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Very good ability to use different PC tools
