Målet är att bli en ledande tillverkare av elbilar.
As we are currently building the organization within Nevs and growing fast, we need to strengthen our Communication & Public Affairs function with a person who can contribute to the company's external, internal, and strategic as well as event based communication, and also having an overhead responsibility for Nevs' media contacts.
We are now looking for a Corporate Communications Officer!
Description
The Communication & Public Affairs Department, that you will be part of, has the main responsibility for secure internal and external corporate communication. Internally, the work is about supporting the organization and ensure that our vision, strategy and core values are known throughout the whole organization and work as tools and support for our everyday business. Externally, it's about educating all of our stakeholders in the world about our vision, market and business scope.
Today, we are a team of three skilled colleagues and you will be reporting directly to the Director of Communications & Public Affairs. You will be responsible for the mission to increase the value based and corporate oriented communication about Nevs.
The role as Corporate Communications Officer involves:
• Responsibility for the development and continuous improvement of media and communication strategies
• Strategic planning and develop effective business communication
• Writing and shaping relevant and inspiring communication - both for external and internal use
• Analyzing and present media coverage
• Act as a spokesperson for Nevs
• Lead communication projects
• Identify needs and initiate communication
• Proactive and reactive media contacts
• Assisting persons within the Nevs group in media relations
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Academic exam in communications or other equivalent education
• Several years of experience in qualified communications work in large organizations
• Experience in media relations
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, both in English and in Swedish
To be successful in this role, you need to:
• Have the ability to understand, summarize and communicate business and technical information
• Understand brand based communication
• Be a team player with ability to understand and build a team and relations
• Plan and prioritize as well as think and act proactively
• Be creative and solution-oriented
• Be open minded and be able to adapt to new challenges and cultures
• Have excellent communication skills
• Take responsibility for decisions and deliveries
• Have proven experience of leading projects

Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by IF Metall/ Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
