hela Sverige Doro has decided to hire a Corporate Communication Manager, that will play an important role in the company 's transformation work and in the strengthening of Doro 's business.
The Corporate Communication Manager has the overall responsibility for all internal and external corporate communication in Doro Group. In the position you 'll be responsible for creating, implementing and managing the internal and external communication strategy; it is vital that these communication strategies are successfully aligned with the business strategy and goals of the company.
As Corporate Communication Manager your contribution to the business will be the optimization of Doro 's Corporate image, by making sure that a corporate narrative is successfully developed and communicated to various audiences: employees, customers and other stake holders. The role has a combination of strategical work and many hands-on tasks.
The internal communication responsibilities include communicating to the employees in all relevant matters, including the distribution of information from top management. You will create and manage the internal communication plans and content; to connect and engage employees, thereby strengthening the employee commitment.
You 'll be responsible for the build-up of the media/PR strategy and managing contacts with the media. Furthermore, the external communication work includes being involved in Investor Relations by for example contributing content for annual reports and such. You 'll manage the website and social medias (Twitter and Linkedin), making sure that they are updated with relevant information.
The Corporate Communication Manager will also give advice to and coach managers, in order to increase their ability to confidently communicate strategies, decisions, customer expectations and change initiatives.
The Corporate Communication Manager reports to the CEO of Doro Group, Robert Puskaric.
Doro is looking for a person with the following skills, experiences and knowledges:
• 10+ years of working in broad and leading Corporate Communication functions, in an international environment
• Experience and willingness to work on a strategic, tactical and on an operational level
• Experience from working in a listed company with IR tasks
• A relevant University degree
• Excellent writing skills and eagerness to produce content for various platforms and stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• The ability to build strong relationships
• Experience from working with change management
