OUR OFFER TO YOU
As a Corporate Actions Officer you 'll experience a versatile work day including planning and execution of administrative tasks. The department often receive unforeseen tasks and you can therefore expect a changing environment where you have to refocus and meet the required deadlines. You will be working as a consultant at TNG.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your main tasks will be:
* Contact with internal and external business partners, including international authorites
* Together with colleagues, work to improve present routines with focus in risk and quality
* Administrate and handle dividends as well and proxy voting
* Daily analyze the market and inform international clients
THE JOB IN BRIEF
This position is at first a temporary position where you will be employed by TNG for 3-6 months. Thereafter, the main goal is that you will be directly employed by Nordea or that your contract will be extended as a TNG employee. Joining Nordea, you 'll be a part of a diverse team where they highly value collaboration and the art of having fun together. This is a fulltime position and you 'll be sitting in central Stockholm at Smålandsgatan 17.

Your background:
* Experience from Corporate Actions
* Strong system knowledge with a short learning process
* Fluent in English, verbal and written
* Experience from the investment area is a plus
