We are looking for a Core CS/PS (second line maintenance) with deep experience within Nokia in order to manage the in-depth specified technical support at a Network Operation Centre.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Manage the in-depth specified high level technical support for the Network Operation Centre, regarding MSC and related interfaces.
KEY RESPONIBILITY AREAS
• Correct difficult technical area faults and performance degradations in the managed network
• Working as project manager for software upgrades
• Responsible to involve the development and implementation of operations and maintenance processes
• Responsible to involve the development of operations subcontractors on-the job training

EXPERIENCE
• High level experience in Nokia 2G and 3G equipment
• Experience in REL.4 Core Networks
