Position Overview

To make this experience above the standards we need a Copywriter & Content Specialist to make sure nothing is out of the plan for our travelers. If you have a passion for persuasive content, work with people in different languages, and are willing to deal with UX, this can be your chance.
This position is part of the Branding & Content team which belongs to the Customer Services department and owns customers' digital communication channels and Branding. By streamlining the processes for our websites, app and digital campaigns, we focus on incrementality through local and effective content experience.
We are seeking a versatile Copywriter to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting engaging and persuasive creative copy that resonates with our target audience, while also focusing on the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) aspects of our content.
Responsibilities
Write clear, attractive, engaging, and short copy with a distinct voice for a multi-brand business in different communication channels (CRM, web, blog, digital, and marketing campaigns)
Collaborate with eCommerce, UI/UX, and developers to improve readability and conversion
Get feedback from, and propose solutions for, end-users and internal stakeholders
Work within the different teams and ensure that content is delivered to a high standard and free of errors
Organize and own content in different languages by syncing with our translation agency and freelancers
Brief our designers with spark ideas combined with a touch of data-driven approach
Requirements
Must have qualifications
Excellent proficiency in English
At least 2 years of experience as a Copywriter/ UX Writer
A solid grasp of UX principles and marketing oriented content writing
Strong time management skills and ability to take the lead and prioritize. High attention to detail, ownership, and organization mindset
Knowledge of content management in different platforms and channels (email, chat, social media, and internal communication)
A results and data-driven approach to creation and a project management mindset
An appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem-solving through to detailed interaction and visual design
More languages are a big plus
Nice to have qualifications
Experience working in the e-commerce industry, within a CRM and digital marketing team
Familiarity with content management systems, email templates, and how to combine text and visuals
E-commerce writing experience (SEO, product description texts, digital campaigns, etc.
