Adecco Telecom Professionals delivers qualified staff to the international Telecom companies in Lund. We are now looking for a Coordinator with project management skills. The duration of this assignment is six months.
Assignment description
Bill and material management- External Price Process:
• The core responsibility is to set, secure and freeze the content of bill and material prices, and include it in the external price process.
• Define requirements on IS/IT tools.
• Train employees in the external price process and IS/IT tools.
• Establish the road map and set the assortment to be included in the price process.
• Drive the bill and material management process.
• Coordination between the organizations different partners.
• Secure that the organizations loads requested bill and material in time and with required quality.
• Be the escalation point if partners can?t agree on bill and material in time.
Monthly forecast- Internal Price Process:
• Provide input to monthly Cost of Sales Forecasting Process, used for forecasting and analyzing product margins and total organization profitability.
• On monthly basis, provide only one financial estimate for the expected cost per product. (Direct material, deviation comments and take out report according to standard format).
• Provide monthly overview of Operations Performance in cost out and cost down per product to Operations Management Team.
Competence
• You are a driven, focused person who is attached to details.
• Coordination skills.
• Good communications skills and the ability to multi-task.
• You are used to work independently and to take ownership.
• University degree in economics or similar is required and working knowledge in English (spoken & written).
