We are looking for someone ready to take on a assignment with an initial focus on creating and maintaining user documentation as well as performing analysis and extract/load activities related to data migration. You will be introduced to new systems related to the company and will work with queries (SQL and advanced Excel) in order to find shortcuts in your everyday work.
Contact with stakeholders to receive and coordinate demands will most likely also be part of your everyday tasks.
Should you perform well in your initial documentation and data migration task it is possible for further responsibility such as:
Support functional teams in product data management related matters
Engage with local teams to drive clarity on support issues
Support collection of user requirements and translate these to technical specifications
Implement standard processes and optimize process flows
Develop, test and deliver system enhancements in collaboration with global IT teams
Analyze data consistency across multiple systems

Qualifications
For this specific role we are looking for someone recently graduated, preferably in the area of information systems or similar. You are process oriented and self-motivated with the ability to handle several types of tasks simultaneously.
You are result oriented and are not afraid to create new connections to several functions in the company. Your communication skills are excellent, and you have previous experience in which your sense for details have come in handy.
Since the company work in an international environment fluency in English is mandatory. Speaking Swedish is considered highly meritorious.
You have experience from the Office package and have become comfortable in the use of Excel to an advanced level.
