Job description:
Dare to think new - and help create the structure that makes innovation possible.

Do you thrive in a role where coordination, service, and structure make a real difference? As Coordinator within R&D, you will be at the center of our local and global operations, creating efficient ways of working and enabling managers and employees to focus on innovation, business development, and project execution.

Join our team
You will join a collaborative R&D organization where many functions, projects, and stakeholders come together. The role provides broad exposure across the organization and combines daily operational support with opportunities to improve routines, systems, events, and the workplace. It is a varied position that you can help shape and develop based on your skills and experience.

Your mission
You will provide proactive administrative and coordination support that enables our R&D organization to operate efficiently. Working closely with the R&D management team and colleagues across the business, you will support daily operations, maintain key systems and information, coordinate travel and events, and contribute to projects and workplace initiatives.

Key responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the R&D management team and wider organization.
Coordinate onboarding, personnel administration, invoices, correspondence, and other business-critical activities.
Organize meetings, including agendas, documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-up of actions.
Maintain and administer digital collaboration platforms, distribution lists, permissions, organizational information, and shared resources in Microsoft 365.
Coordinate travel, conferences, events, visitors, and procurement of equipment and office-related supplies.
Support cross-functional projects, training initiatives, workplace improvements, and office-related activities.
Act as a contact point for facility and service providers, helping ensure a well-functioning work environment.

Your profile
You are organized, proactive, and service-minded, with a natural ability to create structure and move several activities forward at the same time. You communicate clearly, build effective working relationships, and respond to changing priorities with a solution-oriented mindset.

To succeed in the role, we believe you bring:
Strong administration, coordination, and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of local and global stakeholders.
Good experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, particularly Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Experience in financial administration or systems such as Cosmoz, as well as project, event, or travel coordination, is considered an advantage. Familiarity with global organizations, digital administrative systems, facility coordination, or workplace services is also valued.

Location and other
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.

The role is broad and hands-on, with many interfaces across the organization. Most activities require on-site coordination to support meetings, visitors, events, workplace services, and practical office matters.

Application and contact information
We encourage you to submit your application through our online career site as soon as possible, but no later than November 6, 2026. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the last application date.
