Management System
Coordinate and harmonise the management system ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety for Chassis Europe (CE comprises the two factories in Borås and Uddevalla)
Develop the management system with ambition to continuously improve user-friendliness and accessibility
Be up to date on changes in the standards, and drive the implementation of changes in our factories where applicable
Be the representative within the responsibility towards other parts of our organization
Planning and administration of internal and external audits
Coordinator of our Business Management System (BMS). (Coordination, administration, support and education)
Support the factories in the process to develop processes
Environment
Coordinate the environmental work within Chassis Europe, which means:
Drive process to establish environmental targets for the factories
Coordinate development and implementation of changes to meet targets
Be up to date on changes in the standards and legislations. Drive the implementation of changes in our factories where applicable.
Be the representative within the responsibility towards other parts of our organization.
Support the organisation by conducting investigations, anlyses, risk assessments and layered audits
Issue environmental reports
Product Quality
Be part of the process to:
Establish targets for product quality at Borås factory
Coordinate development and implementation of changes to meet targets
Drive implementation of changes in our factory where applicable.

Profile/Qualifications:
Business oriented with a clear customer focus
Strategic approach with good ability to work cross-functionally
Good at networking
Strong analytical skills
Be organized and structured
Strong communication and cooperation skills
Master Engineering degree (MSc) or equivalent experience
Excellent knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001
Experience from automotive industry is an advantage
Knowledge in AB Volvo product development processes and tools is an advantage
Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
Good knowledge in English, spoken and written
