Coordinator Ground, Security & Emergency Response Planning
Position Type: Coordinator Ground, Security & Emergency Response Planning
Work Pattern: Office duty
Department: Ground Operations, Security and ER department
Location: Gothenburg HQ
Responsible to: NP Ground Ops
Role Summary
You will support and supervise the Company 's day-to-day ground handling services and communicate with suppliers for follow up deviations. The role includes some travelling, performing inspections and supervise contracted suppliers. You will assist the Security and Emergency Response Planning department in various matters, such as administration, planning and training.
Duties
The Coordinator Ground, Security & Emergency Response Planning reports to NP Ground Operations and the main duties/responsibilities are:
• Represent NP Ground Operations in operational and administration matters.
• Follow up on incidents and manage reports.
• Liaise and perform inspections of suppliers and airports regarding Ground Operations, Security and Emergency Response issues.
• Establish and maintain procedures and follow up deviations.
• Update and maintain Ground Operations Manual, Security Manual and Emergency Response Manual.
• Coordinate recruitment and training for the Emergency Response Organisation.
• Perform security training for crew.
• Assist in other administrative functions within the Ground, Security and Emergency Response Planning departments.
Qualifications
• Possess a Swedish driving license.
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
• 5 years ' previous experience from the airline industry, preferably within Ground Operations.
• Good skills in Office program.
Preferred skills:
• Dangerous Goods knowledge.
• Ground Operations knowledge, such as De-icing/anti-icing of aircraft, fueling and handling.
• Organized and structured.
• Manage projects and multitasking.
• Strong communication and coordination skills and be able to motivate people.
