In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Become part of a highly skilled team that prepares the bank for potential stressed situations.
• Learn more about Swedbank's critical processes, key risks and governance.
• Ensure well-functioning and efficient Recovery and Resolution Planning processes (design, establishing standards, governing framework etc.).
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders including senior management.
• Managing the relationship with and expectations from Resolution authorities.
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in driving cross-area initiatives and managing authority expectations.
• Excellent cooperation skills.
• A good understanding of core banking processes.
• A proven analytical capacity.
• High integrity; ability to interact with senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Excellent English skills - both spoken and written.
• At least 5 years' experience from Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, Treasury or Legal.
• Experience of Recovery and Resolution planning is meriting.
