Job Description
We are looking for a person that can join our team of experts in Academic Support & Records. The team handles central course coordination, scheduling, coordination of exams, issuing of degree certificates and academic guidance. In this role your work will mainly be with scheduling and exam coordination. You will also be a valuable resource to our Examinations Office in planning and coordinating the centrally administrated exams.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Experience from working with administration and coordination,
- Previous experience from and a great interest in digital ways of working,
- Good computer skills, chiefly with office programs,
- Excellent written and oral skills in English,
- Excellent written and oral skills in Swedish.
Meritorious
- An academic education,
- Experience from working with scheduling, preferably in TimeEdit,
- Experience from working within education, preferably within higher education,
- Experience from working in Office 365,
- Experience from student administrative systems such as Digi Exam and Canvas,
- Experience from working in an international setting.

Terms
This is a fixed-term, full-time position located in Stockholm for six months. Preferred starting date as soon as possible with the consideration of any period of notice.

Academic Support & Records (ASR) is a part of Program Office which is one of the Professional Services units at SSE. You will be a part of a team of ten colleagues in different areas of expertise. We provide service and support to students and colleagues at SSE.
