hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2023-10-16ArbetsuppgifterWe are currently searching for a Training Coordinator with a focus on Market Alignment for our client.
The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate coordination between different stakeholders, both at headquarters and in the market, in order to establish a global approach to training activities that are also in line with the overall training objectives. The Training Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for markets seeking assistance with technology training inquiries or concerns. As a member of this team, you will be part of a small and flexible group of 10 . Together, you will determine priorities and provide support to one another, willingly taking on additional tasks or projects that may fall outside of your usual responsibilities. Your work will involve close collaboration with ongoing initiatives in the service and repair sector.
Job assignments:
• Coordinate tech training, scheduling of online webinars, virtual sessions, and face-to-face events
• Central tech training coordination and planning related to execution and resources
• Align and optimize resource use with the central (shared cars, shared training, shared certificates)
• Monitor and ensure our client has the right level of competence in the markets on a global level
• Support and coach HoCS in markets
• Provide guidelines for Tech Training execution in market
• Support with administration in the learning management system (LMS)
Responsibility areas:
• Coordinate and share information between central tech training teams and on market level
• Secure global plan and execution of tech training
• Document agreed processes and way of working for the launch of new cars
Requirements:
• Experienced in project management
• Strong background in administrative work and work life experience
• Proficient in Microsoft tools
• Comfortable in leading a projects/initiative
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
Meritorious:
• Technical knowledge and/or experience
• Commercial understanding
Personality traits:
• Able to handle situations where prerequisites may not be fully clear
• Adaptability to changes over time in project requirements
