For our customer we are looking for a customization engineer.
The product software content and customization department in Lund is responsible for
configure the customization tool and generate software Customization configuration files
The department also manages all kind of software customization configuration related
issues within the phone projects, e.g. new customization requirements, handling
configurations for customers, mainly international operators, worldwide.
The department is accountable for product software customization quality.
Tasks:
Responsible for customization activities within one project life cycle. Drive software
customization requirement through a decision process. Responsibility for analysing,
planning, collecting, coordinating and managing the customization requirements as
well as reporting and solving issues.
Managing and coordinate setup of systems, creation and testing of files.
Knowledge about features and what can be supported. Drive the daily work to ensure
that each product is customized according to customer requirements and project
decisions.
Manage different kind of issues reported by test or OA within the phone projects.
Deliver customized files with high quality. Synchronize customization information with
SW customization coordinator. Responsible of writing customization specification
documents, time plans etc.
Competence
• University Master degree in computer science or similar
• Experience of programming and good knowledge of XML and SQL
• Fluency in English, written as well as spoken
• Team player
• Quality-consciousness
• Requirement Management experience
• Must have a customer focused mindset
• Flexible and open to changes
