You need to have the will to understand and work closely to the holding companies different work areas and close with the CEO. You will contribute in both big and small tasks and they will vary a lot but below is a selection:
§ Responsibility for continuous reports and analytics to the CEO
§ Advanced independent calendar and meeting management
§ Advanced independent travel management - flights, transport, hotels, etc.
§ Responsibility for continuous communication with international contacts
§ Skills in working with budgets, goals and high work demand
§ Skills in working with business improvement, both with numbers and employees
§ Task coordinating
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in the role, we see that you have at least two years of experience with international contacts and coordination with management team.
You are proactive and accurate as a person and you have a strong integrity and you work independently and diligently. You can make your own decisions along the lines of the company and the CEO and you are generally very confident in the role as an assistant.
You have the ability to prioritize, to plan and you are prestigious and clear. Of course, you are used to handling confidential material, good at building trust and interacting with all kinds of people. You are a smart thinker and a reliable person. You are a very skilled communicator in English.

The company has a purpose to find exciting and challenging projects and develop them. Current ownerships are projects that are both new start-ups and involvement in existing corporates.
Today, the company works with projects in track and trace software, telecom trade, fruit delivery, sports and arena operations, restaurant and supply of medical equipment. So, business is diversified)
Much of the work can be done on distance and teamsmeetings but physical meetings with CEO in Karlstad is necassary so living in Karlstad is beneficial and the officespace will be in Karlstad.
