Having already achieved over 16 million downloads across the world, the Lifesum app is available on Android and iOS, and can be tailored by individual users and adapted to specific goals and aims, offering personal guidance based on personal data. Lifesum wants to make people healthier and happier by helping users to forge good habits on their journey towards a better lifestyle, as well as an improved overall quality of life.

We are looking for a Conversion Manager to help our sales team reach new heights. The role is focused on turning free users into Premium user through our product offering, experimentation and communication to make sure Lifesum is best-in-class in turning our traffic into paying users. The Conversion Manager is a part of the Sales team that consist of mobile engineers, designers, analysts and backend engineers.

The Sales team at Lifesum works in a fast pace with sales as our North Star. We like to do tests and use data insights to improve the results of our work.

To be successful in this team you have to love driving sales, have an entrepreneurial approach and like to own projects from start to finish. We are growing fast but are still a small company so the right candidate doesn't mind the diversity of assignments this means.

Responsibilities

Own and improve the conversion rate from free to premium users
Keep up-to-date on best practice and find new ways to improve the conversion rate
Be the expert on conversion driving activities and help other teams with expert knowledge in your area
Help Lifesum get to the next level



Requirements

At least 1-2 years of work experience, preferably within B2C marketing/sales using A/B-test and other conversion optimization techniques
A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that gets projects done quickly
Ability to understand and figure out the purchasing decision and use this to create a strategy to drive conversion
Make business cases to prioritize and measure the effects of projects
You are a team player with excellent communication skills
Fluent (written and verbal) in English, a second language is a big plus
It's a plus if you have a passion for health and fitness
It's a plus if you have been working with mobile applications
