At the office in Haninge in southern Stockholm we work with sales, distribution, marketing and customer service for the Swedish market. Here is also the central warehouse for the Nordic market located. In 2011 we were approximately 60 employees and a turnover of approximately 500 million SEK.
Job description
As Controller you have a key position within the company and work closely to CFO. You continually have contact with the head quarter in Munich and the role involves a lot of cooperation with the sales people within the Nordic Region. OSRAM means working in an international environment with great career opportunities abroad.
Your responsibilities lie within:
• Monthly Rolling forecasting for financial key data like sales, profit and cash balance
• Perform comprehensive variance analysis of key performance indicators
• Sales Controlling: Analysis of deviations to the budget per sales channel, customer and products
• Annual sales budget process, working with department heads to review historical activities, recognize trends and estimate customer and product potentials
• Monthly Hedging of foreign currency exposure
• Monthly Liquidity Planning
• Implementation of a sustainable Internal Risk Management System by reviewing internal corporate OSRAM guidelines for OSRAM Sweden and OSRAM Finland
• Driving efficiency and productivity through evaluating financial management systems
Requested competence
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience on a controller/accounting position, preferably in a multinational company, with a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent. You know how to work with forecasts and liquidity planning by heart and your skills in English are fluent. It is meritorious to have had a team leading position and to speak Swedish and German. You have excellent knowledge within Excel and experience of working in any ERP system.
We want you to be self-motivated, target driven and pro-active. You have a common sense of business and have the ability to translate the figures into the business. You express yourself clearly, are a good communicator and have good organisation skills.
