In the role as DC Controller you will join a diverse management team consisting of roles within Order Management, Warehousing, SHEQ and Operations development. In order to succeed with our mission, collaboration and inclusion is the key and something we value and care for. In addition, you will have a close collaboration with the finance community within Rock Drills in Örebro and Supply Chain globally.
Your mission
For this role you will be part of the supply chain controlling team and a member of the Management team. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing strong internal control environment for our Distribution Center. This is an important role, where we really would like to see a person that will develop and challenge us in our ways of working and thinking through the financial processes.
As a controller you ensure high quality in financial and business analysis of operational activities and participate in the development of business system and other application support for financial control of operations. That by working with process and data analysis, creation and automation of business system requirements and effective project management.
As a controller you will support in process of application for investments and follow-up of effects. You will maintain and develop procedures for calculation and execution of cost allocation and distribution. You will also maintain and develop monthly closing and reporting procedures with collaboration with CoE. As a controller you will be responsible for the audit process in the local site through close cooperation with the CoE and give financial training and support to employees in the organization.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a university degree within finance or competence gained thru work related experience. You have at least 5 years' experience with similar tasks working as a controller or with accounting.
Since we are a production company it is important that you have experience from controlling or accounting from a supply chain perspective and an understanding of the processes within production/Warehousing or supply chain.
Strong skills in Excel are required. Other systems that we are working with is M3, ECS and BI. It is a big plus if you have worked in those systems before, preferable M3.
As a part of a global team and network of contacts, excellent verbal and written English skills are required. Swedish verbal and written skills are a plus.
As for the personal skills we would like to see that our next controller has strong analytical and problem-solving skills. An openness to change during the processes and with great planning and execution capabilities.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
