We are now seeking a controller for our client in Uppsala. The position is full-time with an estimated start date of September 1st and will last until May 31st. During the assignment, you will be employed as one of Poolia's highly valued consultants.

Responsibilities
• Prepare targeted regular financial reports
• Monitor, update, and report on financial forecasts
• Track revenues and costs
• Manage the status and workflow of open purchase orders
• Monitor and forecast CAPEX, overseeing the CAPEX process
• Assist managers in forecasting costs and overheads to maintain budget compliance
• Support managers in monitoring financial KPIs at national and organizational levels to ensure budget adherence
• Supervise working capital in collaboration with the finance department
• Manage the complete annual budget process
• Manage tenders and quotation requests for subcontractors and major projects
Your profile
In order to succeed in the role, we see that you have:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in operational controlling
• Proficiency in operational budgeting and financial forecasting
• Knowledge of supplier negotiations is advantageous
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 is advantageous
We are seeking you with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Financial KPIs and P&L statements. We value a systematic approach to work with a strong problem-solving mindset. You possess strong decision-making abilities and be willing to travel as needed. Teamwork and collaboration are essential, along with the ability to think through processes and projects end-to-end.
