About the position
Perido is looking for a Controller to a position at one of our clients, a major company and a well-known name in the automotive industry. This position is placed in Arendal, Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
Here you will belong to The Purchasing Controlling department (within Group Trucks Purchasing function) and assure high quality data to help the Purchasing organization take the right decisions, to achieve company strategic objectives. The role will revolve around the following tasks:
Actively involved in Operating Expenses annual budget and forecast related processes.
Perform monthly gap analysis
Prepare comments on Operating Expenses monthly result for our internal stakeholders.
Closely monitor headcount reporting
Actively involved in all projects affecting our team scope (IT or process)
Drive continuous improvement activities
Understand stakeholders' needs and provide daily Business Control services
Your characteristics
You are a person who always takes responsibility and has the ability to drive your work forward by yourself. You are curious, social and analytical with competence in the profession. As the role involves many contact points, it is important that you are easy to collaborate with and can work with good pedagogy. You look forward to taking on new challenges in a careful, structured and analytical way. Finally, we think qualities such as communicative, positive and service-minded aligns with who you are!

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Finance or Business
Relevant work experience from a similar role
Strong IT skill with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills in speech and writing, in English
Meriting:
Knowledge in Power BI
Contract type and hours
Full time, consulting assignment through Perido until 2024-07-08. Start 2023-01-09.
