Would you like to work as a Controller / Senior Finance Manager in a dynamic industry where you may act as a sounding board to the Product Marketing organization? Oriflame Cosmetics AB is now looking for a Controller / Senior Finance Manager who can strengthen their Commercial Division team.
In this role you will be responsible for the follow- up analysis of the P&L and Balance Sheet and provide financial insight of company performance. As a Controller / Senior Finance Manager you will independently support the Product Marketing management team with various analyzes and calculations to support the business.
As Controller / Senior Finance Manager you will also work with:
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budgets and forecasts
• Cost center control
• Define and develop adequate KPI's
• Develop Strategy reports
• Analysis of porfolio profitability and calculate business case
• Coordinate divisions financial planning, supporting the preparation of financial forecasts
• Work with continuous improvement in the business processes from a quality and productivity perspective
In this role you will work towards various stakeholders in the organization, such as brand managers and Head of Product Marketing. Since you also will work towards the Shared Service Center in Poland it is important that you also have an understanding of accounting principles. You will be part of Oriflame's Commercial Division Finance Function which today consists of 9 people and you will report to the VP Finance Commercial Division.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with relevant academic degree with several years of experience from controlling, auditing or management consulting. If you previously have worked within FMCG it is a merit. If you have experience with data warehouse tools such as Cognos BI it is also a plus. You are highly proficient in Excel and you should be able to express yourself fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
As a person you are positive, curious and flexible. You have distinctive analytical skills and thrive in an international and fast paced environment. To succeed in the role you have excellent planning and organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. You are detail oriented and take full ownership of your tasks.
