Schneider Electric is an international market leading company with good profitability, and is now recruiting a Controller. The position offers development opportunities and is based in Hägersten, Stockholm. You report to the Head of Controlling.

• Analysis of delta price and margin / evolution
• Build ABC reporting through SAP and Excel/Access, and ensure quality and reliability
• Ensure reporting deliveries in term of input in corporate tools, for P&L and costs detailed
• Be involve in the month end closing to analyze margin effect and variance
• Drive 30M¬ Business and answer question from the business (local) and from the Business Unit (corporate). Act as a Financial - Business Partner and so challenge the Business to deliver the expected performance
• Consolidate information through Dashboard that can monitor the activity for the overall commercial activity
• Participate to specific project to leverage the economic performance. For example Data warehouse implementation, migration of tools
• Be involved in business controlling to challenge the organisation to deliver our commitment in term of performance
• Assist the head of controlling to supply consolidated information for Business review, using data warehouse tools, ad hoc analysis, and standard template.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The successful candidate has solid experience from finance/accounting and controlling. Qualification in the use of IT tool, especially Excel, is required. Experiences from the following systems are preferable: SAP /Access/ reporting tools (for example HFM, Essbase). Good knowledge in English is mandatory, knowledge in swedish is preferable.
The person we are looking for to this position has autonomy, is proactivity and bring some initiatives to improve current process. Further he/she provides transparency in financial figures for the business people.
