About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Controller who will take full responsibility for Bombayworks' financial landscape. As a key individual within our organisation, you'll be expected not only to manage accounting and cash flow but also to serve as an advisor to the company's management, optimising our financial processes and strategies.

Responsibilities
Accounting and cash flow management: You will oversee and conduct day-to-day accounting, managie supplier invoices, receivables, payroll, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping.
Reporting and financial control: Accountable for year-end closing and monthly reporting of the financial situation. By analysing financial data, you'll provide insights and recommendations for the business.
Budgeting and forecasting: Utilising historical data and market trends, you will play a pivotal role in shaping future forecasts and budgets to steer the company's finances.
Risk assessment: Identifying and analysing potential operational hazards and risks, providing advice on risk management.
Audit and IKFR: As a central part of the role, you'll be expected to lead and collaborate during the audit processes taking place in both fall and spring. Your competence in Internal Control and Financial Reporting will be crucial to ensuring accuracy and compliance in our accounting processes.
Expense management and invoicing: Ensuring proper handling of expenses and invoicing for certain clients.

We are seeking an individual with a strong attention to detail, capable of combining analytical and strategic abilities to enhance our organisation as a whole. In the role of Controller, it is crucial that you can support the management team and employees with a communicative and service-oriented approach. You will be reporting to our COO.

We believe you have
Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Relevant higher education degree.
Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking and a keen attention to detail.
A keen interest in modernising and improving work processes using new technology.
Expertise in Excel and familiarity with business systems/accounting software; experience with PE Accounting is advantageous.
Fluent in English and Swedish in writing and speech.
