Description
Primary mission is to plan, coordinate, drive and monitor various finance transformation roll-out projects in close cooperation with fellow Project Leaders, their teams and coordinators for local business units
Furthermore, ensure that the deadlines are met, progress is made as well as that cost and timelines are held
Responsible for keeping the key stakeholders informed on the status of the project and highlight any risks associated with the project
Mandatory competence and experience:
5-7 years of working experience in a consulting/Project Management or similar role.
University degree in field of technology or management
Well Developed communication skills. Must have sound knowledge of English written, spoken and read.
Ability to work under strict timelines, un-supervised and across multiple time zones.
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
Hard working, team player, self-motivated, focused with a "can do" attitude.
Strong Process & Procedure skills with in Finance & Accounting
Organisational Change Management
Strong Business acumen
