hela Sverige We are now looking for a result focused controller located in Bohus-Gothenburg. This is an exciting opportunity for you who wants to develop a controller function within manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
As a controller you will be a trusted partner in business decision-making for Manufacturing/Supply Chain and you will have 7 site controllers reporting to you. You will work proactively and work on streamlining the processes and focus on taking the business to a higher level.
For this new role your main tasks are:
* Drives and steers decision making in the assigned business operations to improve productivity and the financial performance
* Provides periodic management information on the (financial) performance of the assigned business operations
* Leads the Integrated Supply Chain finance organization in the Nordics
* Analyses historical and future financial and business performance
* Translate key insights from performance analysis into recommendations
* Prepares and maintains budgeting and rolling forecasts, coordinates the budget/Rolling Forecast process with budget holders
* Prepares and supports investment requests, performs economic feasibility analyses, reports and monitors progress and controls expenditures.
* Participates in or leads projects.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a Master 's degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar. You are an experienced controller in manufacturing operations environment and also have project management experience. You are familiar with purchasing, maintenance, investment and production registration processes.
You have good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English and excellent skills in Excel, business processes and preferably in SAP.
Your personality is well organized, structured and analytical. You 're getting things done and your main focus is business. You're driven and can easily understand and see the whole picture. You are a people person and work well with others to achieve goals.

Additional information
This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Director Finance Integrated Supply Chain Europe in Amsterdam. You are based in Bohus with travels to Sundsvall area like once a month and several times per year outside Sweden.
