The Group Controlling department works with financial analysis and analytical tools as well as with the consolidation of the Group reporting in close proximity to the Atlas Copco Group Management.
As Controller, you will be a part of the Group Controlling team and play a key role in the monthly closing procedures on group level as well as participate in projects for development of controlling, accounting and processes improvements including the reporting and consolidation system (SAP BPC). In addition, you will also be supporting Group Management in the area of business control, developing analytical tools and performance reports on regular and ad hoc basis.

To actively contribute to the Group Controlling team by always seeking a better way of doing things, both in reporting tasks as well as ad hoc analyses, and to be a positive addition to our small team.
Personality requirements
Good analytical capabilities with a proactive and service minded approach. You should be able to both work independently, as well as in a team and think outside the box. Furthermore you should have an interest in implementing, structuring and improving the financial reports and control. Cooperation with all areas of business within the Group are high on our priority list and an interest in developing your network within the company will be a plus.
Experience Requirements
This position can be developed depending on the wishes and qualifications of the right candidate. Previous experience within the area of finance and controlling is a plus, but not a must. Interest in, and experience from, developing applications in MS Office, primarily Excel, but also BI tools - especially Power BI - is an essential asset (including VBA). In addition, previous knowledge of Atlas Copco and how we conduct business is regarded as a plus.
