Are you looking for your next job opportunity? We at FlexLink are currently looking for a Controller to join us in our HQ in Gothenburg!
The Controller is responsible for providing financial advice to the organization to enable sound business decisions. To have a clear financial planning is essential for short and long-term future of the unit, and you will be the key for that to happen. The role includes working close to the organization and to be a part of the management team leading the everyday operating work forward.
The Controllers' everyday work is to support to local management on the financial implications of any decision before proceeding. In addition, the Controller must ensure that financial practices are in line with the Flexlink policy.
Main tasks
Project controlling (cost-to-complete & POC, warranty, credit management etc.)
Closing and reporting procedures according to Area/Central Finance schedule
Plan and co-ordinate forecast and budget for Nordic Operation Unit, Tissue Strategic Business Unit and Key Customer Segment Bearings, according to Central guidelines.
Analyze and improve processes in finance related matters
Maximize customer advance intake in co-ordination with Group Finance
Ad-hoc reporting to Area Controller and Group Finance
Drive other projects a directed by management

Knowledge
Degree in Finance
Office suite
SAP knowledge a plus
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

Used to work in international Matrix organizations
Self-driven and pro active
Problem solving oriented
Ability to perceive trends and draw relevant conclusions thereof
Strong analytical skills and a strategic, high-level view as well as a sense for details
Experienced of working individually as well as part of a team in a dynamic and challenging environment
Diligent and puts honor in meeting deadlines and delivering thorough and proper performance
