Adecco Telecom Professionals delivers qualified staff to the international Telecom companies in Lund. We are now looking for a controller.
Assignment description
As a controller, you will be part of the General Accounting team (Sales Control) and responsible for the accurate, efficient and timely processing of the period end close and general accounting transactions related to Warranty Accrual.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Processes Sales, Cost of Sales and Inventory related journal entries and check that form/evidence requirements are fulfilled
• Maintain general ledger (clearing etc)
• Perform Cost of Sales and Warranty Reserve related reconciliations
• Maintain CoSt rates in SAP
• Maintain derivation rules in SAP
• Run Cognos Planning application (Warranty reserve)
• Assist in external audits
• Process journal vouchers on request by the business
• Set up recurring, accrual and reversal journal entries on request by the business
• Facilitate period close activities (eg upload of month end data to reporting/consolidation tool)
• Run various reconciliation ledgers, reconciles targeted accounts and evaluates period to period variances
• Correct errors identified in the reconciliation process
• Maintain contact with business unit personnel to identify interactions (educating business in operating procedures)
• Run various reports (where required) to support business unit managers, cost center managers, tax personnel and others
• Identify and helps address business needs and issues by answering questions, etc.
• Identify opportunities for (operational) process improvements
• Responsible for KPI reporting
• Maintenance and distribution of Closing guidelines

You will be hired out from Adecco and work as a consultant within other companies.
