• Reference to KNAPP-Moving CEO and KNAPP Group Head of Controlling.
• Cooperation with KNAPP-Moving management team.
• General management of finance, accounting and controlling functions
• Responsible for preparation and submission of all KNAPP Group reporting to and liaison with KNAPP HQ.
• Responsible for KNAPP-Moving statutory accounts and reports (in Sweden, Norway and Denmark)
• Responsible for the Annual Report elaboration and liaison with external auditors
• Responsible for production and submission of internal management reports
• Responsible for liaison with company bank, insurance companies
• Maintain and develop systems and procedures for internal administration
• Development and implementation of a new consolidated ERP/Finance System for the operational unit.
• Misc. HR and administrative responsibilities (in cooperation with other managers).
Qualifications/personality:
• Degree in finance/economics
• 2 -5 years experience in a controlling department
• Experience from accounting department
• Experience from reporting procedures/structure in an international environment
• English on business level (written and spoken).
• Dynamic, self motivated, organized, business and operational oriented person with a global view and focus on profitability.
• Open and flexible mind who communicates with everybody with ease.
• Preferably experience from a ?solutions and projects? based company within the segment industrial B2B systems.
