Atlas Copco Shared Distribution Center in Örebro is responsible for distribution of spare parts and drilling equipment worldwide for the SDE, URE and GDE division. The mission of the SDC is to be a global logistic provider, managing and developing a high qualitative and cost efficient supply chain for our customers.
Job description
Our current Controller is heading for a new challenge within the Underground Rock Excavation Divison and we are looking for her replacement.
As Controller at SDC, you are responsible for the Controlling function, the Credit management and also for the Global Export Service Capital Equipment. The team of the Global Export Service Capital Equipment consists of 10 employees working with order management, export management, planning and shipping of machines.
You are a part of the Management team of the Shared Distribution Center, and report to the General Manager.
Mission
Mission for the Controller:
The controller of the operation shall:
• establish the necessary controlling and reporting instruments for the operation as per but not exclusive to FAM and with the support of the shared service center
• develop our business through effective business control of all functions within the operation.
• develop suitable controlling tools to monitor our progress
• cooperate with the other CMT divisions not to sub-optimize the way we do things
• make sure that we reach a high financial level of understanding in the organization
• carry out the planning process for the operation
• be an active member of the management team
• work actively and carry out the decided common strategy and activities for SDC.
• secure an efficient, proactive and customer oriented order administration for parts and rigs
• handle the credit management for AC Rock Drills AB.
• secure that we have an adequate but lean and transparent organisation
• secure that we have the right people (personality, knowledge & experience and capacity to grow) and that they are sufficiently trained and supported to fulfil their mission.
• secure that we have appropriate and efficient processes and measurements in place and that they are followed
• safeguard that everyone in the organisation respects and lives up to our key-values.

Experience requirements
You should have a proven track record of delivering results from within a financial/business control function.
Previous experience leading and motivating others is wanted but not an absolute demand. Excellent English skills is required.
Educational requirements
We believe that you have an university degree in business administration or a similar, relevant field.
Personality requirements
We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills and the ability to make others around you grow and work towards common goals.
You are an ambitious person, who is a team player with the ability to effectively collaborating across boundaries. You should be result oriented, analytical and devoted to following and developing processes within the financial and controlling area. You must have excellent communication skills, customer orientation and are able to establish relations and networks with people inside and outside the organization.
